We spent an amazing time with Michelle and Jimmy a couple weekends ago! I’ve known Jimmy for a while, but it wasn’t until spending the entire day I got to know him a lot better! Michelle, you had an amazing dress and your bridesmaid’s couldn’t have been anymore fun!

From start to finish our whole team was out in full force. With the help of Mike and Liz and tackled the photographs and Steve with his awesome Same Day Edit.

If you thought you saw these two from a previous blog post then you’re right, their photo was featured Moo‘s blog on a invitation postcard!

Only a week away from their wedding, we decided to shoot our new hybrid engagement package with them. This is a session combines both video and photography into one day. The best part about the hybrid package is, we storyboard and direct the whole thing prior too. We felt incorporating a videographer into an engagement session gave us a new way to shoot a story in a medium you haven’t seen done by anybody else.

    Enjoy

Was asked to come out and help photograph Anny and Vincent’s wedding for Threesixty photography a couple weeks ago. Secondary was my primary role at this event, so I took the libery to doing all the creative photographs throughout the night.
Without all the added pressure of delivering the key shots, I decided to take the opportunity and apply the beautiful 85L throughout the whole day. Enjoy some of the photos as they were taken all with the 85mm f1.2

Today I stood at Robson Square, the busiest street in downtown nervously awaiting for Canada’s men’s hockey team to win the gold medal against the Americans. The game went into overtime because of a last second goal by the Americans; bring out the ambulances because there was a nation-wide heart attack! But like any patriotic country we were waiting and still cheering!! Just five minutes into overtime, Crosby scored a goal to win the game and put Canada at 14 Gold medals, the most gold by a nation in any Winter Olympics since USSR in 1976.

Canada needed this Olympics because it united the country in spirit.  Cheers could be heard from all across the country – a storybook ending to an amazing experience!!
