Paul Van Dyk playing at Gossip the night before the Olympics and he rocked the house down; there wasn’t a moment where I wasn’t bobbing my head. A genuine character, even took the time to meet fan and take photos with them after the show.

A day after I posted the huge Canadian flag from the final days at the Olympics, I got a flood of emails requesting more wallpapers.

Today I stood at Robson Square, the busiest street in downtown nervously awaiting for Canada’s men’s hockey team to win the gold medal against the Americans. The game went into overtime because of a last second goal by the Americans; bring out the ambulances because there was a nation-wide heart attack! But like any patriotic country we were waiting and still cheering!! Just five minutes into overtime, Crosby scored a goal to win the game and put Canada at 14 Gold medals, the most gold by a nation in any Winter Olympics since USSR in 1976.
Canada needed this Olympics because it united the country in spirit. Cheers could be heard from all across the country – a storybook ending to an amazing experience!!
